BETHPAGE, N.Y. -Cablevision Systems Corp. plans to build cable systems in nine New Jersey communities already served by RCN Corp., sources said last week.Construction on the first system-in Mendham Township-may begin as early this week. The other eight locations are in Morris and Somerset counties. Combined, the are#039;s population is about 117,000. RCN predecessor C-TEC Corp. built the systems.
