Vicki Lins was named executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Clear Channel Outdoor Americas. She had been head of marketing at Canoe Ventures, the cable industry’s interactive-TV consortium.

Allison Moore was named executive vice president and general manager of NBCUniversal’s DailyCandy network of websites. She comes from Home Box Office, where she was senior vice president, digital products.

Fearghal Kelly has been named CEO of Cork, Irelandbased set-top-box middleware provider Digisoft.tv. He had run the media practice at Ioko and Kit Digital.

FRONT PORCH

Andy Hurt has joined Front Porch Digital as Denverbased vice president, product management. He was senior director, product development and delivery at Level 3 Communications.

NBCUNIVERSAL

Cameron Blanchard was elevated to senior vice president, corporate communications at NBCUniversal. She was head of communications for NBCUniversal’s Entertainment & Digital Networks and Integrated Media division.

Also, Linda Yaccarino was promoted to president of advertising sales at NBCUniversal. She was president, cable entertainment and digital advertising sales.

Reelzchannel has added Paul Cockerill as senior vice president, program production and development and Bill Graff as senior vice president, program scheduling and acquisitions. Cockerill had been owner and executive producer at Flying Dog International; Graff was acting VP, programming, at BBC Worldwide Channels.

Sam Ganesan has joined Acton, Mass.-based SeaChange International as vice president, strategic marketing. He had been a member of the technical staff at Motorola.

Starz Entertainment has elevated Megan Reeder-Holman to vice president, affiliate sales; Jamie Dosher to senior director, point of sale; and Leslie Toepfer to senior director, affiliate sales.
