Concurrent Computer Corp., already an investor in Everstream Holdings Inc., announced its intention to buy the data-analysis company for $15 million.
In the cable space, Everstream’s software analyzes operations and performance data for digital set-tops. Its “S4 DataSuite” allows for enterprisewide collection of data from hundreds of devices, servers and systems.
Concurrent will issue stock to Everstream stockholders equal to $14.5 million for the Everstream stock it doesn’t already own. Closing is expected to occur in October.
