Also, Alison Hoffman was tapped as director, advertising. She comes from Agency212, where she was account planning director.

BBC America

Andrew Jacksonwas named vice president, creative services at BBC America. He had been director, on-air at FX.

BET

Black Entertainment Television has named Shirley Salomon as director of production development.

Also, Kevin Morrison was named director of development, Los Angeles. Endyia Kinney-Sternswas also named director of development, Los Angeles.

Comcast

Comcast Corp. has named Angela Patrick vice president, government affairs for its Maryland/Delaware region. She was senior director, government affairs.

Court TV

Ilene Kennedy was named vice president, online analytics and development at Court TV. She comes from Columbia House, where she was director, online product research.

ESPN

ESPN has named Chuck Gerber executive vice president of collegiate sports, responsible for all college-event programming on ESPN's networks and ABC Sports. He was executive VP and GM of ESPN Regional Television.

Also, Len DeLuca was named senior vice president, programming and acquisitions, adding responsibility for ABC Sports programming.

Additionally, Pete Derzis was named senior vice president, general manager, ESPN Regional Television; Scott Guglielmino was named vice president, programming; Leah LaPlaca was elevated to vice president, programming and acquisitions; Tag Garson was upped to senior director, programming, responsible for ABC Sports; Carol Stiff was elevated to senior director programming and acquisitions; and Doug White was elevated to director, programming and acquisitions.

ImaginAsian Entertainment Inc. has named J. Edward Lee executive vice president and chief operating officer. He was executive vice president at Predictive Media Corp.

Also, Tino Calabria was named vice president, operations. He was vice president, on-air operations media management for MTV Networks.

Lifetime

Lifetime Television has named Maria Grasso senior vice president, series development. She comes from The WB, where she was senior VP, drama development.

Lime

Healthy-living network Lime has named Judith Tolkow as senior vice president, programming. A former executive with Sundance Channel and MetroChannels, she most recently served as a consultant.

Link TV

Link TV, a national programming service intended to provide diverse perspectives on international and national issues, has named Wendy Hanamura station manager. She had produced and hosted several shows for the network.

Mag Rack

Kate Carr has joined video-on-demand programmer Mag Rack as vice president, marketing. She comes from sister Rainbow Media Holdings on-demand service World Picks.

MTV Networks

MTV Networks Latin America has named Carol Snell as director of its new trade marketing department. She most recently served as a consultant to Hollywood studio Dreamworks SKG.

Mun2

Ricardode Montreuil has joined Mun2 as director, on-air promos and off-air. He was senior creative at MTV Networks Latin America.

Also, Frederico Gutierrez and Jose Wolff have joined Mun2's creative team.

NCTA

The National Cable & Telecommunications Association has named Gail MacKinnon senior vice president, government relations. She was senior VP, Washington for CBS Corp.

RGB Networks

Network video-processing company RGB Networks has elevated Michael Lee to vice president, manufacturing. He was senior director, operations.

Also, Ramin Farassat was named vice president, product marketing. He was director.

Also, Phil Summers joined Mag Rack as vice president, integrated sales, He was senior director, sports marketing at Sirius Satellite Radio.

Time Warner Cable

Time Warner Cable Wednesday promoted Matt Stanek to regional vice president of engineering for its Texas region. He was formerly VP, engineering of the cable operator's Austin division.

Venaca

Digital asset-management solutions provider Venaca Inc. has named Thomas Burchill CEO. A principal at Galileo Management LLC, his the former CEO of Lifetime Television.
