Vintage British Broadcasting Corp. comedy series FawltyTowers will join Internet-TV provider Akimbo Systems’ video-on-demand lineup.
FawltyTowers joins other BBC comedies available on Akimbo, including 2 Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps and Porridge.
Akimbo stores more than 8,000 programs and offers 150 new programs each week. The content is available for $9.99 per month through Microsoft Corp. “Windows Media XP Media Center” PCs or Akimbo players hooked up to PCs.
