Cablevision Systems Corp. and Princeton Video Image Inc. signed a deal in which PVI gets $17.5 million and the MSO gets "full and early access" to technology that enables virtual advertising, virtual product placements and programming enhancements. Cablevision could use the applications for New York Knicks and New York Rangers telecasts.
