Cable Vet Howard Can Imagine CEO Role

Jamie Howard joined Imagine Communications as president and CEO.

Howard had been chief operating officer at BigBand Networks. He was also one of the founding executives of @Home Network, and he has held cable posts with Tele-Communications Inc. and Continental Cablevision.

In June, Imagine launched its first PersonalizedTV platform, the QOD Gateway, designed to enable system operators to cost-effectively deliver services on a massive scale including video-on-demand, HD VOD, targeted ads and personalized audio.
