Vonage Sponsors WNBA Finals

Vonage is looking to recruit more cable and telephone high-speed data customers to its Internet-based telephone service through the WNBA Finals.

The top VoIP provider said Tuesday that it cut an advertising deal that will make it the “presenting partner” of the WNBA Finals Most Valuable Player award.

ESPN2 will carry the WNBA Finals, beginning Wednesday.

Vonage also sponsored the WNBA All-Star Game earlier this year.
