CES Expands

The 2007 International Consumer Electronics Show is moving beyond the Las Vegas Convention Center, taking space in halls B, C and D of the Sands Expo and Convention Center and portions of the adjoining Venetian Hotel.
The Consumer Electronics Association’s annual consumer-technology trade show will be held Jan. 8-11.
Keynotes will also move from their previous location at the Las Vegas Hilton to the more spacious Palazzo Ballroom at the Sands/Venetian, the trade group said.
Among those scheduled to appear: Microsoft chairman Bill Gates, Motorola chairman and CEO Ed Zander, Disney CEO Robert Iger and Dell chairman Michael Dell.
