iTunes Gets Dose of Fox Reality

The first episodes of all upcoming Fox Reality original series will debut on Apple Computer’s iTunes free-of-charge approximately one week prior to their premieres on the network.

The debut episode of My Bare Lady will be available for free download via iTunes Nov. 30 before premiering on Fox Reality Dec. 7. The premiere episode will then revert to Apple’s usual $1.99 retail cost Dec. 8, as will all subsequent episodes of the series.

The two parties will do the same with Rob and Amber: Against the Odds in January and The Academy in May.

“We’re fortunate to have enjoyed some real success with our original content on iTunes and so this seemed like the next logical step,” Fox Reality chief operating officer and general manager David Lyle said in a prepared statement.
