AT&T Tuesday announced a distribution agreement with HDNet, and it will offer the programmer’s HDNet and HDNet Movies channels to U-verse TV subscribers, as previously reported by Multichannel News.
The telco last week made HDNet and HDNet Movies -- along with 25 other HD channels -- available in its initial San Antonio market, as well as in Houston, where it has begun selling U-verse service in limited areas.
Other HD channels available on U-verse TV include: ESPN HD, ESPN2 HD, NFL Network HD, HBO HD, Cinemax HD, Showtime HD, The Movie Channel HD, Starz HD, Discovery HD Theater, TNT HD, Universal HD, A&E HD, HGTV HD, Food Network HD and National Geographic Channel HD.
