Lauren de la Fuente was named senior vice president of strategic partnerships and marketing at multiplatform young-adult network Access 360 Media. She comes from video-game centered network G4, where she was VP, strategic programming and media marketing.

Also, Jeff Elgart was named senior vice president of network sales. He was head of network advertising sales at Logo.

And Christopher Goumas was named vice president of retail development. He comes from Premier Retail Networks, where he was director of retail development.

Amphenol

R. Adam Norwitt was promoted to the newly created position of president and chief operating officer at electronic and fiber-optic connector, cable and interconnect system producer Amphenol. Norwitt had been a senior vice president.

Big Fish

Matt Baxter was named vice president of multiplatform marketing at brand-marketing agency Big Fish. He was a supervising producer with MTV News, overseeing production of written and video content for online, on-air, broadband video podcasts and mobile distribution.

Bravo

Cameron Blanchard was promoted to senior vice president, communications, Bravo. She was VP, NBC Entertainment Publicity, East Coast.

CableU

Cindy Wallis was named consultant and managing editor at online analysis and research service CableU. She comes from USA Network, where she was director, program acquisitions and scheduling.

CCI

Daniel Butler was named senior account executive, Southeastern U.S., CCI. He was a national account executive for Verio and a major-account executive for AT&T Communications.

Comcast Spotlight

Teresa Lucido has joined Comcast Spotlight as an account executive, Michigan region, representing advertisers in Detroit, Flint and Lansing. She was a senior account executive at WJR-AM, Detroit.

Disney

Trish Halamandaris was promoted to vice president of marketing and carrier sales at The Walt Disney Internet Group, which includes the mDisney and Starwave Mobile labels. She was director, marketing and carrier sales.

Also, Stan Liu was promoted from director to vice president of mobile content development.

Fox News

Pamela Browne was named director of development and new programming, Fox News Channel. She will continue as executive producer, FNC's War Stories with Oliver North.

HDNet

Dennis O'Brien was named news director and executive producer for HDNet World Report. He comes from ABC News, where he was senior producer for special events for Good Morning America.

MTV

Depelsha McGruder was promoted to senior vice president, business operations and strategy, MTV Networks. She was VP, business operations and strategy.

NBC Universal

Bridget Baker was promoted to president, NBC Universal Television Networks Distribution. She was executive VP, cable distribution.

OpVista

John Giarolo was named senior vice president of worldwide sales at triple play technology provider OpVista. He comes from SOMA Networks, where he was senior VP of sales, and has held executive positions with UTStarcom, Luminous Networks, Convergent Networks, CIENA, Ascend Communications and Cisco Systems.

Also, Thi Nguyen was named vice president, software engineering. He was VP, engineering at Verilink, and has worked for Polaris Networks, Cisco Systems and TransMedia Communications.

ReelzChannel

Dirk Konrad was named vice president, finance for movie-news network ReelzChannel. He comes from Fox Television Studios, where he was director of financial reporting.

72 and Sunny

Rob Abeyta was named art director at advertising and design studio 72 and Sunny, whose clients include Microsoft Zune and cable network G4. He was an art director at Nike.

Snocap

Bruce Taylor was named vice president of marketing at digital music technology and service company Snocap. He was senior manager of global interactive marketing at Dolby Laboratories.

Also, Karin Visnick was promoted to vice president, product management. She helped launch Yahoo! Shopping and has worked for HSBC and Alliance for Lifelong Learning.

Sony Pictures

Sony Pictures Entertainment named Mitch Singer chief technology officer for the TV- a He was head of Sony Pictures' digital-policy group.

Turner

Jeff Pomeroy was promoted to senior director of public relations, Turner Sports. He was director of PR.
