Cox Adds CSTV, the mtn.

By Multi Channel News Staff -- Multichannel News, 12/20/2006 12:43:00 PM

Cox Communications and CSTV Networks announced a carriage deal Wednesday.

The programmer’s CSTV and the mtn. services will join the operator’s lineups in San Diego and Las Vegas Friday, on its Sports and Information tier.

“The combination of CSTV and the mtn.will provide sports fans in Las Vegas and San Diego the most in-depth coverage ever available of the teams and sports they care about most," CSTV Networks CEO Brian Bedol said in a prepared statement. “Through our agreement with the Mountain West Conference, we will continue to work for the schools in the conference to provide support, creative new-media platforms and promotion.”
