Cohen, Raven Due CTPAA Honors

The 2007 recipients of the Cable Television Public Affairs Association’s President’s Awards are Comcast executive vice president David Cohen and A&E Television Networks CEO Abbe Raven.

The awards, honoring leaders “who, by their guidance and support, advance the role of public affairs in the cable industry,” will be presented during the Beacon Awards Gala Tuesday, March 13, at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C., during the CTPAA’s Forum 2007. The Forum will be held March 11-14.

Cohen and Raven were selected by Mark Harrad, the CTPAA president and senior VP of corporate communications at Time Warner Cable.
