Stackhouse to Shape Charter’s Customer Experience

Joseph R. Stackhouse joined Charter Communications as senior vice president of customer operations.

Stackhouse had been senior VP for Comcast’s Chicago region.

At Charter, he will be responsible for overall customer-experience strategies, with direct oversight of the operator’s customer-care and technical-operations teams, reporting to chief operating officer Michael Lovett.
