Costas to Host Peabody Awards

Bob Costas will host the 66^th Annual George Foster Peabody Awards ceremony Monday, June 4, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York.

Costas is primarily known for his work on HBO and NBC, currently hosting the pay network’s Costas Now.

The Peabody Awards -- established in 1940 and administered by the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication -- recognize distinguished achievement and meritorious public service by stations, networks, producing organizations and individuals.
