A&E Networks

Paul Jelinek was named senior vice president of digital media, A&E Television Networks. He was VP, digital media products at MTV Networks and Nickelodeon Kids and Family Group.

CBS

Stephen Snyder was promoted to chief operating officer of CBS Interactive. He was senior vice president and general manager of CBS SportsLine.com.

Cenergy

Crista Finn Geary was named senior copywriter at marketing communications firm Cenergy. She was senior copywriter at Stand Advertising, and a member of the new business development and strategic development teams.

Comcast

Richard Buchanan was named vice president of operations, Comcast Media Center. He was chief operating officer for Ascent Media Management Services.

Comcast Spotlight

Jeanine Socha was named director of research, Twin Cities region, Comcast Spotlight. She comes from WCCO-TV, where she was director of programming and research.

CSN

Stephanie Offen was named communications manager, Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic. She was communications coordinator, Comcast SportsNet, and had handled media relations with Comcast Cable at Maryland-based Nevins & Associates.

Fox News

Brian Wilson was promoted to vice president and Washington D.C. bureau chief, Fox News Channel. He was anchor of FNC’s Weekend Live and congressional correspondent.

Also, Bruce Becker was promoted to vice president, business news in Washington, D.C. He was Washington interim bureau chief.

HGTV

Lori Asbury was named senior vice president of marketing and creative services, HGTV. She has been VP of advertising, promotion and marketing at Fox Television Stations, as well as writer/producer, on-air promotions manager and marketing director at CBS Television Stations.

MSG Media

Madison Square Garden Media named Scott Richman senior vice president and general manager of MSG Interactive. He comes from AOL, where he was VP and GM of programming.

NBC Universal

Sean Redlitz was named managing director of NBC Universal broadband channel DotComedy. He comes from NBCU’s New York-based Digital Studios, where he developed and produced comedy, technology and lifestyle programming for new media platforms.

Also, C.J. Arabia was named editorial manager, DotComedy. She was scouting comedians and producing stand-up comedy shows with the NBCU casting department.

NCTC

Scott Abbott was promoted to executive vice president at the National Cable Television Cooperative. He was senior VP of operations and strategic planning.

Playboy

Playboy Entertainment Group has named Todd Schwartz vice president of programming at Playboy TV. He comes from Branded Media, where he was senior VP of strategic development.

Also, Michael Spierer was promoted to vice president, programming and acquisitions, adult networks. He was director of programming.

Scripps Networks

Ron Feinbaum was promoted to executive vice president of business development, Scripps Networks Interactive. He was general manager and senior VP.

Sony Pictures

James Petretti was promoted to senior vice president, sales and marketing research at Sony Pictures Television. He was VP, advertiser sales research and planning.

Also, Travis Howe was promoted to senior vice president, digital advertiser sales. He was VP, sales strategy.

And Mark Donohue was promoted to senior vice president, digital advertiser sales. He was director of advertiser sales, representing sales in syndicated properties Seinfeld, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!

Symetrix

Michael Worona was promoted to director of business development at signal technology provider Symetrix. He was product specialist.

Time Warner Cable

Darrel Hegarwas named vice president of operations at Time Warner Cable in Cleveland. He was VP of sales and marketing at Time Warner Cable Houston.

Viamedia

Roger Weaver was promoted to regional vice president, Viamedia. He will continue as VP and general manager of the Detroit market, and also oversee Chicago; Washington, D.C.; Baltimore; Richmond and Norfolk, Va.; and Fort Wayne, Ind.

Also, John Miller, previously general manager in Washington, D.C., was promoted to VP and GM in Washington and Baltimore.

Joe Slavin was promoted to vice president and general manager of the California market. He was GM, Northern California.

And Tim D’Angelo was promoted to vice president and general manager in Columbus, Ohio.
