Cox Taps TOA for Work-Force Management
TOA Technologies’ ETAdirect Software to Manage Cable Operator’s Technician Work Force

Cox Communications will use TOA Technologies’ ETAdirect software service to manage its entire contracted-technician work force.
The MSO said it selected TOA’s on-demand Mobile Workforce and Customer Appointment Management solution due to “its easy configuration, superior flexibility, fast time to market, ease of use and comprehensive best-of-breed feature set.”
Cox serves more than 6 million cable, telephone and high-speed-data subscribers.
