Univision Acquisition Officially Completed

Broadcasting Media Partners Wraps $36.25-per-Share Deal

Broadcasting Media Partners officially completed its acquisition of Univision Communications, which was approved by the Federal Communications Commission Tuesday.

The cash deal -- originally announced June 27, 2006 -- was valued at $36.25 per Univision share.

BMP includes Madison Dearborn Partners, Providence Equity Partners, TPG, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Saban Capital Group.

Univision common stock will cease trading on the New York Stock Exchange before the opening of the market Friday and will no longer be listed.
