Millennium Expands Use of CSG Wares
Cable Operator Adds CSG Advanced Convergent Platform, CSG Care Express

Millennium Digital Media expanded its use of CSG Systems’ customer-care and billing solutions.
The operator -- which has some 120,000 residential and commercial subscribers in Maryland, Michigan, Washington and Oregon -- will now use the CSG Advanced Convergent Platform to provide customer-care and billing service to its high-speed-data subscribers, in addition to its video subscribers already served by the platform, the two parties said.
Millennium also purchased CSG Care Express to offer electronic-bill-presentment and payment options to its subscribers.
