LodgeNet Wraps On Command Buy

Combined Companies to Serve More than 1.8M Hotel Rooms

LodgeNet Entertainment completed its acquisition of Ascent Entertainment Group -- owner of all of the capital stock of On Command -- for $380 million.

The agreement with Ascent parent Liberty Media was originally announced in December.

LodgeNet said the combined companies will deliver interactive solutions to more than 1.8 million hotel rooms throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

RBC Daniels co-advised On Command along with Lehman Bros.
