Service Automatically Transcribes Messages so Customers Can Read Them via E-Mail

Vonage Holdings launched its Vonage Text service Wednesday, which automatically transcribes voice-mail messages to text so that subscribers can read them via e-mail.
The voice-over-Internet-protocol provider said customers can use Vonage Text to read, store, search and respond to their voice-mail messages on their phones, laptops or mobile devices.
