Davis to Head Marketing for Azteca America

Executive Was One of MTV Latino’s Founding Members

Karen Davis joined Azteca America as executive vice president of marketing.

Davis had been running The Meadows Group, a consulting firm specializing in start-up television and new-media ventures.

She also served as executive producer and one of the founding members of MTV Latino; the first creative director for HBO's international ventures; and head of movie channel Cinecanal in Latin America.
