CTHRA Announces Keynote Speakers for Symposium
Imperial Consulting’s Gordon, Cox’s Esser, HR Expert Henson Set for Achieving HR Excellence Symposium

The Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association announced the keynote speakers at its Achieving HR Excellence Symposium in Atlanta Oct. 23.
Speaking at the event will be Imperial Consulting president Edward E. Gordon, Cox Communications president Patrick J. Esser and HR expert Row Henson.
Gordon, who will close out the event by speaking about generational work-force issues, has authored 15 books and has been published in more than 200 articles.
Esser joined Cox -- which currently has more than 6 million residential and commercial customers -- in 1979 and has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He will speak at a luncheon about the Echo Boomer generation and its influence and impact on the industry as employees and consumers.
Henson, voted one of the “top 10 women in technology” by Computer Currents, will be featured in an opening session for the event.
