Beginning next Friday, July 6, Adult Swim will add a seventh night of programming each week.
The network -- which grew last spring to 45 weekly programming hours -- will kick off its first-ever Friday-night block with a Family Guy marathon from 11 p.m.-2 a.m.
With the new Friday programming block, the network’s schedule is secured at Monday-Saturday, 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., and Sunday, 10 p.m.-6 a.m.
The popular 18- to 34-targeted network first received its own Nielsen Media Research ratings reports in March 2005. It continues to share channel space with Cartoon Network.
