Sky Angel to Carry Gospel Music Channel
Cable Network to Start Out via Satellite, Join IPTV Offering

Christian- and family-oriented television service Sky Angel will launch Gospel Music Channel Aug. 1.
The network will initially be available through Dominion Video Satellite’s satellite service, ultimately becoming part of its Internet-protocol-TV offering.
GMC picked up carriage on nearly 275 cable systems earlier this year following an agreement with Black Family Channel, which shuttered its linear channel.
