Comcast Regionals Win Emmy Nominations

Awards to Be Handed Out Sept. 15

Comcast's CN8, The Comcast said it was nominated for 24 mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards, while sister regional sports network Comcast SportsNet received 15 nominations. 

Programs CN8 received nominations for include American Builder, Art Fennell Reports and Backstage with Barry Nolan.

The mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards -- which cover New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware -- reward for excellence in news, programming, and individual achievements among the regional networks.

The awards will be presented Sept. 15 at the Philadelphia Marriot.
