Prior to OpenTV, Knudson served as executive vice president and co-founder of Intellocity, a professional services firm focused on the design, development, and integration of digital television platforms, infrastructure, and content.

He has also held executive positions at AT&T Broadband and TV Guide Networks, and was co-founder and vice president for MindWorks Corp., a developer of document management software.

Knudson spent the first 10 years of his career with Hewlett-Packard in various product management and marketing positions at HP’s desktop scanner division.  Knudson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from the University of Denver.
