Russert Moves to MSNBC
‘Tim Russert’ Show Shifts from NBC News Sister Service CNBC

The weekend interview show Tim Russert is moving to MSNBC from CNBC starting this Saturday, all part of an effort to boost the all-news network’s political coverage, officials said Tuesday.
Tim Russert will premiere at noon Saturdays, repeating 6 p.m., and on Sundays at 2 a.m. and noon. The program previously aired weekends on CNBC.
“As we head into the 2008 election season, the addition of Tim Russert to our weekend lineup solidifies MSNBC as the place for politics,” said Phil Griffin, senior vice president of NBC News and the executive in charge of MSNBC.
Tim Russert features interviews with the policymakers, authors, journalists and others, and provides in-depth discussions on politics, entertainment and the media. Guests have included George and Laura Bush, Jimmy Carter, Brian Williams, Rush Limbaugh, Katie Couric, Bill O’Reilly, Kevin Costner, Tom Hanks, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Caroline Kennedy, Jay Leno, Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter, Barack Obama and more.
“While I am extremely fortunate to be the custodian of a national treasure like Meet the Press, I really enjoy the opportunity to host another program where I can have a more informal conversation with the world’s most intriguing politicians, athletes, actors, authors and thinkers,” Russert said in a prepared statement. “After a great decade on CNBC, I look forward to an equally long and rewarding run on MSNBC.”

Again I see Tim Russert feinting discussion the Black candidate Obama when in reality they are only seeking excuses as to how to present his loss to the public when everyone already knows why he will lose and for that mater why Clinton too will lose. The reason they will lose is the big elephant in the room which is Race and Gender. The very elephant main front of them that the y wants to look around rather than to admit it is in the room.
These white klatches every weekend discuss not what are good foes the country but what is good for themselves. These weekend shows are toxic to minorities even more insidious than the work of the KKK. With the KKK at least you know your enemy, with these weekend political insiders’ television gatherings, you have to know their history and understand their method of operation.
David Brooks for instance, represents a long standing operation that dates back to affirmative action, they believe in winning by working backwards from the goal. During the early days of affirmative action, they fought hard out front and personal, this did not work, so they changed the tactic and insisted on including white women whom they found more acceptable and meeting the ends of affirmative action in that way. It worked as Hispanics and Blacks plus other were soon irrelevant to the affirmative action discussion, white women were the focus and eventually it was back to the white man’s America again.
These tactics worked and they will work again in the Presidential race, the only question left to be answered is who will tell, how and when will Obama and Clinton know that the dream was all a cruel joke and inform them that when America wants change, they just mean a new white male in the Oval Office.
Unfortunately, the pundits like Russert will never tell the truth, this time the polls were wrong, next time what? The polls were not wrong

We were in New York in early August & took the tour of the NBC studios.
At no time did we hear of renovated studios in the works. How come? Is
this the same studio that NBC Nightly News currently uses - or is this a
relocation?
