Carlsen

Media and telecommunications executive-search firm Carlsen Resources has named Terri Thompson senior vice president, executive search. A former Cox Communications executive, she had been a consultant to Carlsen since 2006.

Comcast

Andrea Agnew was elevated to director, diversity and inclusion at Comcast. She had been manager, recruiting and career development.

Also, Barb Hagen was named area vice president and general manager of Comcast of Southwest Florida. She had been VP and GM of the Naples/Fort Myers, Fla., Comcast system.

And David Lucoff was named regional vice president of sales and marketing, Potomac Region. He comes from the South Florida region, where we was VP of marketing.

CSN

Steve McIntyre has joined Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic as marketing manager. He comes from startup radio broadcaster Red Zebra Broadcasting, Washington, D.C., where he was promotions director.

Echolab

Joe Wellman has joined video-production switch and broadcast tool provider Echolab Corp. as a sales manager for major accounts. He comes from Sigma Electronics, where he was director of sales.

INSP

Robert I. Brace was named senior vice president, finance, of The Inspiration Ministries, parent company of The Inspiration Networks. He had been consolidations manager at Invista B.V.

Lifetime

Jeffrey Schneider was named senior vice president, business affairs, and deputy general counsel at Lifetime. He had been senior VP, business affairs, and deputy general counsel at MTV Networks.

Linda Rein was also elevated to senior vice president and general counsel at Lifetime. She had been VP, business and legal affairs.

Also, Tanya Lopez has joined Lifetime as senior vice president, original movies. She comes from ICM, where she was a television packaging agent.

And the women’s network tapped Nancy Bennett as vice president, original movies. She had been supervising producer and director of entertainment at Mattel Entertainment before joining Lifetime last year.

MGM

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer has named Christopher Ottinger as executive vice president, international television distribution in its Worldwide Television Group. He had been executive VP of Fox World and Fox Television Studios International.

Moye White

Ken Tolle has joined Moye White, a Denver-based law firm with expertise in cable-programming distribution deals, as an attorney in its media and entertainment practice. He comes from EchoStar Communications, where he was VP, programming and business affairs.

Nickelodeon

Doug Cohn was named senior vice president, music marketing and talent at Nickelodeon/MTV Networks Kids and Family Group. He comes from Atlantic Records, where he was senior VP, video promotion and production.

Outdoor

Scott Mann was named vice president, outdoor affinity marketing at Outdoor Channel. He comes from customer-relationship solution business PRC, where he was director, business development.

QVC

Todd Sprinkle has been named vice president of broadcast technology at QVC. He comes from Turner Broadcasting System, where he was VP, network operations.

SNY

SportsNet New York has added Marie DeParis as vice president, marketing and business development. She comes from Fox Television Stations, where she was strategic marketing/Internet sales manager of myfoxny.com and my9ny.com.

Also, Fred Harner has joined SNY as general manager, digital media. He had directed digital-media initiatives for the Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network.

Spike TV

Kevin Kay was elevated to president of Spike TV. He had been executive VP, general manager.

Also, Iness Moskowitz was elevated to vice president, operations, Spike TV Creative Group from senior director, on-air promotions.

Tandberg

Terry Lee was named senior vice president of sales at Atlanta-based video technology provider Tandberg Television. He comes from BigBand Networks, where he was VP, North American sales.

Also, Ian Tapp was hired as senior vice president, business development. He was VP, business development and marketing at NDS Group.

WeiTel

Weintraub Telecom, a King of Prussia, Pa.-based provider of design-and-build services to cable and telecommunications carriers, has named Stephen Skoufalos as an account executive. He comes from Thomas & Betts in Memphis, Tenn., where he was director of marketing, CATV and security markets.

WWE

World Wrestling Entertainment has named Michael Lake president of WWE Films.
