Mojo Seeks Joost Boost
HD Service’s Original Series Now Available On Internet TV Service

Mojo, the high-definition channel targeting upscale men, has reached a deal under which a number of its original series will be available on Internet TV provider Joost.
Beginning this month, Joost will showcase Three Sheets, Mojo’s pub crawler show hosted by Zane Lamprey; After Hours with Daniel, in which chef Daniel Boulud collaborates with other chefs in the wee hours; The King of Miami, featuring comedian David Hill trying to join South Beach's cool set; and Uncorked with Billy Merritt, where a beer guy tries to get the wine vibe.
Other Mojo fare on tap in future months includes Wall Street Warriors, Pressure Cook and Test Drive.
“Today's savviest media consumers are looking for high-end, cutting-edge entertainment on a number of digital platforms,” said In Demand Networks senior vice president of programming and new media David Asch, in a statement. “By partnering with Joost, we offer Mojo fans the ability to watch some of our mostidentifiable original series on one of the Internet's leading video destinations.”
Added Yvette Alberdingk Thijm, executive vice president of content strategy and acquisition for Joost: “Mojo programming is a great fit for Joost because it provides an edgy, intelligent look at activities for adventurous, upscale men. As an online entertainment platform, our goal is to bring our audience a wide range of compelling content across every category, and Mojo’s distinctive shows are a great addition to our catalog.”
In Demand, Mojo’s parent, recently secured the off-network rights for NBC’s hit series Heroes, in concert with G4.
