TV Guide to Offer Multi-Platform Strike Coverage

TV Guide will use all its platforms to cover the latest developments in the Writers Guild of America strike including its impact on the entertainment landscape as a whole, and television viewers in particular.
Extensive coverage is planned at TVGuide.com, as well as in TV Guide magazine, and on TV Guide Network.
Continuous coverage and commentary by TV Guide’s editorial staff including senior correspondent Stephen Battaglio, senior TV critic Matt Roush, senior writer Michael Ausiello, and managing editor Matt Mitovich can be found online at www.TVGuide.com/strikewatch.
TVGuide.com has also launched a special “Strike Watch” blog where TV fans can voice their opinions on the latest news and information regarding their favorite shows and participate in polls regarding the WGA strike.
TVGuide.com’s senior movie editors Maitland McDonagh and Ken Fox will provide their recommendations of the top full-season television show DVDs that viewers should stockpile in case the strike continues indefinitely.
TV Guide magazine is providing coverage in its Nov. 12 issue, which hits newsstands Thursday, and will continue to provide coverage to update readers on what the strike means for their favorite TV shows.
TV Guide Network will be providing coverage on its weekly entertainment shows, including The 411, a news magazine show covering Hollywood, and TV Watercooler, a comedic talk show about the buzzworthy shows in television.
