BendBroadband Debuts BlueHighways TV

Carriage Deal Encompasses Linear Network, VOD Channel

BlueHighways TV, the network that explores the people, stories, traditions and music of America, will be available on BendBroadband systems as a linear channel and video on demand channel beginning this month, officials said Monday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We are pleased to make BlueHighways TV's original programming available to our subscribers,” said Amy Tykeson, president and CEO of BendBroadband, in a statement.  “Its blend of roots music, back roads travel, and Americana offerings will be a distinctive addition to our programming lineup, and one that our subscribers will value.”

BlueHighways TV presents music, outdoor adventure and recreation, lifestyle, cooking, equestrian and a variety of other genre programming.
