Tampa Bay Division President Joined Cable TV Operator in 2003

Bright House Networks said that it promoted Kevin Hyman to executive vice president of cable operations, effective Jan. 1.
Hyman, who will report to Advance/Newhouse Communications president Steve Miron, has been president of the cable TV operator’s Tampa Bay, Fla., division since 2003.
Bright House divisions in Bakersfield, Birmingham, Central Florida, Detroit, Indianapolis and Tampa Bay will report to Hyman.
“Kevin has distinguished himself since he became president in Tampa Bay and has helped to lead the Tampa Bay Division during a time when our business is becoming increasingly competitive,” Miron said in Monday’s announcement.
Hyman will be located in the BHN corporate office in Orlando, Fla.
