Charter Closes System Sales

Avenue Broadband Buys Systems in Indiana and Illinois

Charter Communications closed the sale of cable TV systems serving 39,700 basic video customers in Vincennes, Indiana, and surrounding communities in southern Indiana and easter Illinois.

Avenue Broadband, headquartered in Tyler, Texas, bought the systems. The deal, brokered by RBC Daniels, helps Charter improve its clustering strategy.
