Christina Wayne was elevated to senior vice president, scripted series and miniseries at AMC. She had been VP.
Cedar Point
Curt Hockmeier was named interim CEO of Derry, N.H.-based voice over Internet protocol switching technologies vendor Cedar Point Communications. A member of the Cedar Point board, he is former CEO of Arbinet-theexchange.
CNBC
Lacy O’Toole was named Los Angeles bureau chief of CNBC. She had been a field producer.
Comcast
Ellen Rosson was named vice president, fulfillment at Comcast’s Southern Division, based in Atlanta. She comes from the multiple-system operator’s Delta Region, where she was VP, GM of Northern Alabama systems.
Also, Steve White was named regional senior vice president for Comcast Northern California. He had been regional senior VP in the Mid-South Region.
Finally, Comcast elevated a trio of executives in Massachusetts: Lisa Walsh to vice president, human resources, from director; Steve Driscoll to vice president, sales and marketing, from senior director; and David Sartori to vice president, finance and business operations, from senior director, business operations.
Comcast Entertainment
John Wood was elevated to vice president, talent booking at Comcast Entertainment Group, responsible for E!’s celebrity talent booking teams. He had been executive director, talent/TV. Also, Jennifer Danska was named vice president, talent development and casting, responsible for E! and Style.
Comedy
Scott Landsman was promoted to vice president, original programming and development at Comedy Central, from director.
Cox
Cox Communications has elevated 12 executives to senior vice president, general manager. They are: Percy Kirk, Omaha, Neb.; Janet Barnard, Northern Virginia; Dave Bialis, Oklahoma; Greg Bicket, New Orleans; Leo Brennan, Las Vegas; Paul Cronin, New England; Kimberly Edmunds, Kansas-Arkansas; Bill Geppert, San Diego; Gary McCollum, Hampton Roads, Va.; Steve Rizley, Arizona; Duffy Leone, Orange County, Calif.; and Jacqui Vines, Greater Louisiana. All had been VP, region manager.
Also, Michael Grover was elevated to executive director, government affairs, from director; Leigh Stokes advanced to executive director, online experience, from director, Web strategy; and Alysia Long was promoted to assistant general counsel from senior counsel.

Pablo Miliani was named vice president, sales, Latin America at Louisville, Colo.-based broadcast content-storage management provider Front Porch Digital. He comes from Harris, where he was Latin American territory manager, broadcast automation solutions.

Doreen I. Vigue was promoted to vice president, communications at New England Cable News. She had been director.
Nickelodeon
Brown Johnson was named president, animation, at Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group. She had been executive VP, creative director, Nickelodeon Preschool, and GM, Noggin.
PathConnect
Chris Wong was named CEO of Los Angeles-based interactive media company PathConnect. He had been senior VP, applications at Oracle.
Pro-Bel
Melville, N.Y.-based broadcast engineering firm Pro-Bel has added Jamie Gatto as operations and technical support manager. She comes from Turner Entertainment Networks, where she was broadcast operations manager.
Also, David Diels was tapped as Northwest regional sales manager. He comes from Pathfire.
Rainbow
Rainbow Media named Jason Zegel vice president, special projects and operations, responsible for creative services at AMC, IFC, WE TV and Voom. He had been director, production and operations.
RCH
Steven Halgas was promoted to vice president, finance, at Moorestown, N.J.-based RCH Cable. He was director, administrative services.
Sorpresa
Hispanic childrens’ network Sorpresa has named Samantha Brown senior director, Western affiliate relations. Also, Yvette Sanchez was named programming manager.
Turner
Brad Grant was tapped as director, video on demand at Turner Network Sales. He was VOD director at The Weather Channel.
WE TV
Scott Collins was named senior vice president, advertising sales at WE TV. He comes from NBC Universal Cable Entertainment, where he was VP, advertising sales, USA Network and Sci Fi Channel.
