NatGeo Gets Visual With Web Site Redesign
After more than six months of planning and tweaking, National Geographic Channel is preparing to take the wraps off its redesigned Web site, one that will showcase more than 800 hours of video files, 2,000 photos from its most popular shows and a state-of-the-art interactive TV scheduling tool. TCM Expands Originals Slate
Turner Classic Movies will roll out a new interview series, a fresh installment of Private Screenings and a special featuring the late animated genius Chuck Jones, as part of a robust slate of original programming it will premiere over the balance of 2008. Chicago Clash
There’s a lot more than air blowing in the Windy City these days. In the latest dust-up between cable and telco TV, Comcast alleges that AT&T’s U-verse services have caused “significant damage” to its coaxial cable network in the Chicago area. Meanwhile, the telephone company is seeking to block the cable operator's ads poking fun at the large outdoor boxes it uses to deliver U-verse TV.
