In Demand Bolsters Executive Ranks

Emily Lewis Joins PPV, VOD Provider As Senior Counsel

In Demand Monday announced Emily Lewis has joined the pay-per-view and video-on-demand provider as its new director of business affairs and senior counsel.

Lewis recently served as an associate in the business and finance department at Thelen, Reid, Brown, Raysman & Steiner LLP where she represented cable television and publishing companies in mergers and acquisitions.

In her new role, Lewis will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing agreements related to the company’s products and services including Howard TV, Movies On Demand, Events On Demand, Sports iN Demand and the company’s HD network, MOJO HD.

Lewis will also supervise copyright and trademark enforcement and provide counsel on marketing issues and actual or potential litigation for the company. She will work out of In Demand’s New York City headquarters.

Also, Terri Hyacinth has joined In Demand as its regional vice president, affiliate relations, where she’ll be responsible for overseeing relationships and activities with existing and potential affiliates.

Prior to joining In Demand, Hyacinth was director of affiliate sales for Current TV.
