By Larry Barrett -- Multichannel News, 8/7/2008 10:16:00 AM

ESPN Thursday announced it will bring back its hourlong newsmagazine E:60 for 14 episodes beginning Aug. 12 at 7 p.m. ET.

The multi-subject program, featuring reporting from high-profile ESPN reporters including Jeremy Schaap and Rachel Nichols (pictured), will air each Tuesday evening through Nov. 11—the most episodes in one stretch since E:60’s debut Oct. 15, 2007.

Dara Torres, the 41-year-old U.S. swimmer making her fifth appearance in the Olympics, New England Patriot wide receiver and upstart NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team owner Randy Moss and female NASCAR engineer Alba Colon will be among the sports luminaries profiled in the first two episodes.

Viewers can log onto www.e60.com for extended versions of the reporter-producer meetings featured during the telecasts.
