ESPN Reunites Original ‘PrimeTime’ Crew
Berman, Jackson and Saunders Back Together Again on Net’s Signature Show

“Boomer” will be back, back, back on SportsCenter this fall.
Chris Berman, Tom Jackson and John Saunders, the trio who co-hosted ESPN’s NFL PrimeTime highlight show during the first three years of its 19-year run, will be back together again this fall as co-hosts of the 7 p.m. ET edition of SportsCenter each Sunday throughout the football season, network officials said Tuesday.
NFL PrimeTime, which was shuttered following the 2005 season, was cable television’s highest-rated sports studio show throughout its nearly two-decade run (1987-2005).
While presenting all the day’s highlights, news and events from the world of sports, Sunday night editions of ESPN’s flagship program will bring an increased focus to all the day’s NFL action with highlights, discussion segments, analysis, coaches’ press conferences, interviews and post-game reports from ESPN correspondents covering games, ESPN officials said.
The program will also preview the Sunday night primetime match-up. The Sunday 7 p.m. ET SportsCenter will be presented in a compressed format (similar to ESPN’s NFL Draft telecast) with statistics, injury reports, fantasy football stats and other relevant news displayed graphically. Berman will also continue to team with longtime partner Jackson for NFL highlight segments on The Blitz during the 11 p.m. edition of SportsCenter on Sundays.
“After a full slate of NFL games, fans want immediate and hard-hitting analysis about what happened and why,” Norby Williamson, ESPN’s executive vice president of production, said in a statement. “This new approach to SportsCenter will deliver fresh, in-depth coverage for football fans with Chris, TJ, John and our many NFL experts.”

Tony Romo threw over half of his passes to soon. It probably goes back to last year game against the Redskins, they beat him up perty bad. Tony Romo arms seens to be to weak for a fast receiver such as T.O., he can throw hard, but not long with any air, T. O. constantly outruns his throws. Tony Romo would have completed every pass to T. O. if he had took one more step in his dropback. He threw most of the passes to T. O. either to soon, or to late. Tony Romo will all ways have this problem until he stop dropping the ball down by his side on every pass attempt and position the ball according to the type pass he is throwing. I cant believe these black commentators who seems to be in love with Tony Romo. There was nothing wrong withy T. O. route running, on his worst day, he runs pass patterns better than Chris Carter or Keyshawn Johnson. Chris, he has as many touchdowns almost as you with half the time, Keyshawn, no comparison. Tom Jackson I believe you think you are white sometimes.

I can b elieve that I heard Keyshawn Johnson and Chris carter critizing Terrell Owens about anything. Have they both forgot how they were perceived during their early playing days. Keyshawsn (throw me the ball), Chris Carter (I want touchdowns). Tom Jackson, you see to love the opportunity to critize a black player. Romo is not a franchise quarterback, he over threw or under threw Terell Owens all day. Romo is a two year wonder, and this is his last year. He slings the ball as poasses and he has been allowed to make mistake after mistake. For you all to act as though you are experts in psychology is ludicurous and ill minded, Tony Romo had a bad passing day, and a bad day reading the defenses.

John Saunders is a joke....
Why did they get change the format of Primetime anyway. They killed the best sports show, and I still can't figure out why. Bring back Berman and Jackson that's it.
They've totally lost me as a viewer to their network on Sundays besides watching football. Their coverage is terrible, and if I have to hear one more farve or brady story I'm going to puke. There are 30 other teams in the NFl try covering one of them for more than 2 minutes.
Thanks,
