“When we introduced the ‘Fan’s Best Friend’ campaign back in the spring of 2007, we wanted to remind our viewers of the sole reason we are here – to provide them with local coverage of games and sports news that will be there for them day and night,” said Jaclene Tetzlaff, vice president of marketing for Comcast SportsNet Chicago, in a statement. “This new spot and the subsequent spots to air over the next several months will showcase the depth of personality and expertise our on-air talent delivers to our viewers each and every day on Comcast SportsNet.  It’s the next evolution of our campaign that we’re sure our viewers are going to love.”

Network officials said this will be the first promo it will debut over the next several months.
