Comedy Central has acquired the rights to a theatrical package from The Weinstein Co., highlighted by broadcast premiere rights to Zack and Miri Make a Porno, starring Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks.

The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, also includes the first TV window for fight film The Hammer and teen sex comedy Extreme Movie. Additionally, Comedy Central picked up second window rights to Soul Men and Who’s You Caddy?

"Seth Rogen and amateur porn – what's not to like? The films in this package feature a great array of today's hottest comedians," said Comedy Central senior vice president David Bernath in a statement. ”We are pleased to partner once again with The Weinstein Company to bring our audience the type of cutting-edge films that they've come to expect on Comedy Central."

Added Weinstein Co. president of domestic TV and distribution David Spiegelman: "Comedy Central has been a great partner to us for many years and we are thrilled to be continuing the relationship. These films are perfectly suited for their viewers and show Comedy Central 's commitment to strategically acquiring movies that will appeal to both their broad audience and advertisers."
