Facelift For 'QVC Home’
West Chester, Pa. — Shopping channel QVC on Saturday, Oct. 18, unveiled live on TV a makeover of its “QVC Home,” the first big change to the on-air set since QVC moved into its Studio Park headquarters 12 years ago. QVC worked with Jack Morton Worldwide on design and construction and pulled off the project in 15 days, during the live broadcasts.
A new open floor plan will make it easier to demonstrate products in the living room, kitchen, bathroom and other areas, the network said. The living-room staircase was removed, a garage replaced with a multipurpose room and the bathroom made into a spa.
