Elmwood Park, N.J.-based provider of design, construction and installation services to the wireless-communications industry Berliner Communications Inc. has added Mark E. Mercer as vice president, cable services group. He comes from Time Warner Cable, where he was VP, commercial services for the Road Runner corporate group.

Jason Friedlander was named head of new media and interactive content at Burbank, Calif.-based production house Blink Digital. He had formerly served as VP, production at Icandy Interactive.

Customized in-store retail TV programming provider Channel M has named Jalil Keval as Los Angeles-based vice president, sales. He was VP, sales at Parisa USA.
Also, Jonathan Keller and William Boeka were both named director, business development, based in Chicago. Keller comes from ScreenVision; Boeka had previously worked at Captivate Networks.
Finally, Natalie Weymouth was named director, business development in New York. She was a national account executive at Ubiquitous Media.
