Andover, Mass.-based Envio Networks has named Manish Jha president and CEO. A former ESPN Mobile executive, he most recently was CEO of Vantrix.
Golf
Scott Walker has joined the Golf Channel as anchor and reporter on Golf Central. He comes from USA Network, where he was a reporter on PGA Tour Sunday.
Gospel
Gospel Music Channel has named Tyrone Johnson as senior director, multicultural sales and development. The former national advertising sales manager at Black Family Channel, he had been a consultant to Gospel.
MTV Networks
MTV Networks Entertainment Group has named Eddie Dalva senior vice president of content. He had been a consultant to Spike TV and TV Land.
NBC Universal
Nicole Paolini-Subramanya was named vice president, legal affairs in NBC Universal’s TV Networks Distribution unit. She comes from law firm Cinnamon Mueller, where she focused on content acquisition and FCC regulatory compliance for independent cable operators.
Retirement Living
EJ Conlin was named vice president of marketing at Retirement Living TV. She was VP, consumer marketing at National Geographic Channel.
Shentel
Shenandoah Telecommunications has added Ann Flowers as general counsel, vice president. legal. She had been of counsel at Washington, D.C., law firm Davis Wright Tremaine.
Sky Angel
Faith-based direct broadcast satellite provider and programming producer Sky Angel has elevated Darren Moorman to vice president, on-demand programming. He had been assistant vice president, VOD programming.
Starz
Starz Media’s animation unit named Jay Fukuto as head of its Film Roman studio subsidiary. He was head of production.
Tellabs
Tellabs named Vikram Saksena executive vice president and chief technology officer. He comes from Sonus Networks, where he had served as chief technology officer and chief scientist.
U.S. Cellular
United States Cellular has appointed Ljubica A. Petrich vice president and controller. She comes from ACCO Brands, where she was VP and controller, office products group.
WE TV
WE TV has added CarolAnne Dolan as vice president, nonfiction development. She comes from production company NHNZ, where she created series and specials for such networks as Discovery Channel and National Geographic Channel.
Also, Theresa Patiri was elevated to vice president, production management and operations. She was WE’s director, production management, administration and operations.
WideOrbit
Angela Bandlow has joined Denver-based advertising software supplier WideOrbit as chief marketing officer. She comes from e-commerce company MarketLive, where she was VP, product management.
