Big Ten Network Tuesday announced a pair of staff changes, naming Elizabeth Conlisk as its new vice president of communications and university relations and Renee Cohen as its manager of university development.
The network said the changes were related to the departure of Kevin Weiberg, former vice president university planning and development.
Conlisk (left) will add the responsibilities associated with building the Big Ten Network’s community of fans through social networking and nurturing the relationships with public affairs, government relations and alumni associations. She will also continue to oversee the network’s communications and media relations efforts.
Cohen will serve as the liaison to the athletic departments at each Big Ten institution and will work with internal departments to fulfill network needs on the 11 campuses. She also will manage communications for ad sales fulfillment and production needs and will work with student organizations to create awareness and involvement with the network. Cohen will continue to fulfill all marketing agreements with the schools.
