Fuse will air a special benefit concert on Dec. 21 featuring top recording artist Beyonce Knowles and her sister Solange.
The special, Beyonce and Solange: Home for the Holidays, will benefit the Survivor Foundation, a Knowles family charity helping people affected by Hurricane Ike, which hit Texas and the Gulf Coast this past September, according to network officials.
Fuse will tape the concert Dec. 9 in Houston at the city’s House Of Blues venue.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Beyoncé, Solange and the entire Knowles Family to air this momentous concert on Fuse, benefiting the families devastated by Hurricane Ike,” said Matt Farber, executive vice president of programming, development and digital in a statement.
“Bringing these two accomplished sisters together on one stage for the first time not only provides our viewers with a great concert, it also gives back to a community in need during challenging times,” he added.
