Telefilm Flirting with Forty produced some nice round numbers for Lifetime Saturday night.
The original movie, starring Heather Locklear as a divorced mom who finds unexpected romance with a younger man (Robert Buckley), notched a 3.4 household rating and some 4 million viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research data.
Included in that total were 1.4 million women 25 to 54 and 3.1 million 18 or older, numbers that gave Lifetime the four most-watched original movies in basic cable this year among those demos. The movie also pulled in 1.1 million women 18 to 49.
Forty joined The Memory Keeper’s Daughter (5.8 million viewers), Coco Chanel (5.2 million viewers) and The Two Mr. Kissels (4.2 million viewers) as Lifetime’s most-watched 2008 movies, according to network officials.
