God, I miss the old days of politics. These days everything is so polite as to nearly lose the meaning of the spoken/written word. What I believe John Dingell is truly trying to say is: Kevin Martin, you have been abusing your position for years. It hasn\'\'t gone unnoticed. Anyone who\'\'s been studying the proposals that he has backed gleans that he\'\'s deep in the pockets of the historical telephone company. He\'\'ll go about the rest of his tenure likely receiving kickbacks for his backings, then (even more likely) become a lobbyist for the companies he\'\'s favored for a hefty sum. The FCC already wields far too much power. The corruption and favoritism is bad enough
