SportsNet

New York

, the regional sports network home to the New York Mets, is revamping its on-air talent roster.

Chris Carlin, departing from sports radio WFAN, will join the SNY full-time serving as its pre- and post-game host for Mets telecasts. Carlin, who will also continue in his roles as the co-host of Loud Mouths and BeerMoney, succeeds Matt Yallof, whose contract wasn’t renewed.

Speaking of the Amazins, former Met Lee Mazzilli won’t return as pre- and post-game analyst. Another former Med, pitcher Bob Ojeda, could enter in that role, according to sources.

Elsewhere, Jonas Schwartz is replacing Chris Cotter, with the RSN since its debut, as host of weekday roundtable program Daily News Live.

Michelle Yu is joining the service, owned by Mets-tied Sterling Entertainment, Time Warner Cable and Comcast, which operates the network, as an anchor/reporter. She takes the place of Kenny Choi, whose contract was not extended.

On the basketball beat, SNY’s Big East live-game wraparound studio show (pre-game, halftime, post-game show will be manned by former Knick and Pitt Panther Charles Smith, former Iona and Providence coach Tim Welsh and the New York Post’s Lenn Robbins. SNY’s Gary Apple will host the show.
